You are not alone in your journey.

Peer Support Groups

M-VAP connects veterans with peers who truly understand their experiences. Our peer-to-peer support groups create a safe, judgment-free space where veterans can share, heal, and grow together. Facilitated by fellow veterans who have walked the same path.

  • Veterans Luncheon — monthly community gathering
  • PTSD Support Groups — structured peer-led sessions
  • Women Veteran Lunch — dedicated space for women veterans
  • Evening Peer-to-Peer Groups — flexible scheduling for working veterans
